I purchase a Mercedes 2006 on march, 17th from subaru Of Planothrough Leach Investments. Several days after driving it the engine light was on. I had not notice it. I call them, Leach Investments, spoke with Robert Mcvicker. He said, it needed the oil change but i could drive it 1200 to 2000 more miles. The car had 65,000 miles on it. I said, i am going to Houston for the weekend. He said, it was safe to drive. He would take care of it. He did not. I call Subaru of Plano spoke with the used car salesman, Bryan. He said, he would give Mark the guy that closed contract to take care of it. I said the car needed an inspection also, i can not get and inspection with the maintenance light on. Needless to say, they gave me the run around for three months. My son finally called them. Mark had me to take the car to a Inspection place in Arlington for and inspection. They would not do it, said something was wrong with the car. I took the car back to them, Leach Investments. They put a inspection sticker on, told me the car was good, maintenance light was off. Drove the car to Ft. Worth the light came back on. My son called them back on Monday they would not answer. Weeks went by. They knew they had put a illegal inspection sticker on. I took the car to Park Place Ft. Worth. They told me the car had a problem, $4,653.14. Motor problem. Myself and my son went to talk to Robert MCVicker at leach Investments. He said, he had to talk to Mark. They refuse to do something told me to use my warrant to fix the problem. We took the car to have another diagnostic. They said the same thing and that i had beendealt a bad deal. This is my 4th payment, and i have not driven the car, becausse of the motor. The car is just sitting in my garage unable to drive. They refuse to do anything. We tried to settle this problem, they refuse to answer their phones. We were willing to use my warrant, warrant said no, it was and existing defective part. I called, spoke with David manager of Subaru. He said, Bryan was handling the matter. I said, he was not, he was rude and hung up in my face.
