Rip off!

I paid for 6 months and told them we don't need a channel. They said they'll remove it, but they didn't. And after months our service were cut off. I call them and they said I'll have to pay for the channel that I told them to remove from our service. I told them I don't need that channel and when i paid they said they will remove it. So I asked for the refund for next 3 months I already paid for, not counting for the channel I told them to remove. Then they said they can't give refund back because i was suppose to pay $359 and i paid $314. So i'm not getting refund and I actually owe money about $150. What a rip off!!!
