No reply to 2 faxes of Rite Aid for a refill prescription for me, their patient

Rite Aid NEVER received an answer from them whether the Rx is to be refilled or not. That shows they don't care about their patient one whit. Their answering service told me that I'm not the only one complaining about their NO-CARE attitude. Do they deserve to be in the Health Care Service?
