Why no 16 Wishes

The Disney Channel guide stated that they would be airing 16 Wishes again on Monday the 28th of June at 12:00 noon Eastern time. We rushed home to watch it, only to find Wizards of Waverly Place. Even the cable guide said it was scheduled to be on. So, tell me what happened? My daughter was very disappointed. Now, it is scheduled to air on July 4th or is that a mistake; too?
