16 wishes

16 Wishes was supposed to air on Monday, June 28th according to the Disney Channel line up and according to our cable guide. Why was Wizards of Waverly Place on instead? My daughter was very disappointed. She is a devout Disney fan and this was uncalled for. Please advise.
