Ripoff of authorization of account and charging me money i dont owe

My account was cancelled without my authorization and I'm charged with a 150.00 cancellation fee. They went in and wrote their own notes without my authorization and are making harassing calles about this account. I got a call from a collection agent for sprint and the gentleman raised his voice at me and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. He told me I owe this amount and that's final.
