Misleading Product

Basically I orders strings of pearls from this company. They came in the mail, and the strings were broken which left me with a box of loose pearls! I bought STRINGS OF PEARLS... Which includes the STRING they are STRUNG on. They are for my wedding, and I do not have time to re-string thousands of pearls so I contacted the company and explained this to them. I just received the pearls I ordered in the mail - Unfortunately, when I slid them out of the bag, loose pearls fell all over my table! It looks like about 8 of the strings must have broke / come undone in the shipping process. Please let me know what to do, because I did not order loose pearls, I ordered strung pearls - I do not see anywhere on the website where it is stated that these pearls are "temporaily strung" and if I knew this, I would not have ordered from A Treasure Nest. I dont have time to resring all these pearls, and I feel as though this product is misleading, due to the fact that the information is not on the website, and I did not get what I ordered. Hi V* I’m sorry you find the information misleading, the pearls are strung, but there is no guarantee for the string as you are paying for the pearls not the string. It’s really not a special kind of string, its merely thread. We’ve had no complaints on this item before so we didn’t feel a need to put a disclaimer, we will have one put up. Now I have thousands of loose pearls, and it will cost me more to send them back than they cost! I will not buy from this company again, they are misleading, and did not correct their mistake for a paying customer.
