I am absolutely livid. I have had nothing but problems for a week now I went to a AT&T store and they sent me to an apple store. I was told I would be seen by appointment only. I go the next day 10 minutes early for my appointment and was skipped by a lady with no appointment who shows up because she dropped her phone in water. Fifteen minutes after my appointment I was attended only to be sent home and told to sync my phn first then back it up then restore and reload the backup file. I believe I was sent home because there was only ten or fifteen more minutes before the store closed and everyone just wanted to go home. Any way when I went to backup my phn iTunes asked me for a password to open my backup file??? WTF. I now sit here with a plain ole phone. No apps. No photos, I had over a thousand, and no contacts, I had two hundred and fifty something. Not even realizing what else yet might be gone forever. I appreciate all that you have done and don't know what to do or who to turn to. I would NEVER EVER have expected this kind of customer service from apple. My first computer was an apple Macintosh when I was 8. I'm now 36. Even after going into a apple store and telling them of all my problems for a week now I still get sent home to again try and figure out my own problems. I'm getting worse and worse instead of better. PLEASE help tell a supervisor, the president of the company, some one who will listen. First it was a pandora update issue. Then credit card 3 digit info.??? You gave me two credits. Thank-you. I used those credits and made a purchase. Then those wouldn't go on my phone. Then my entire iTunes store info had to be submitted as if my account was reset. I did that then go to listen to it on ipod and it auto closed on me every time within five seconds. So finally I go to an apple store and now have nothing. As if the phone just came out of the box. Unreal.
