Failed to file documents with IRS and improperly calculated taxes

TTR claimed they would refile Federal and State (Utah) income tax filings and work with the government agencies to reduce/eliminate any fines/charges. This all for a fee of nearly $4,000 dollars. After we provided the appropriate documentations and releases, it was nearly six months before we heard back, all the while we continued to receive negative notices from the IRS and State of Utah.
TTR eventually provided tax documents, showing nearly $13,000 dollars in additional taxes owed to the government. We took the document that they provided us to H&R Block who recalculated our taxes to show a return. When we confronted TTR, we would only get voice mail and never a call back. We reported this to our credit card company that we paid for the service with.
