This company called my souses phone number at 955pm at night trying to collect on some bogus payday loan debt they claimed he owed. I informed them he doesn't have any such loan and that they violated federal law by calling at that time of night. The rep was all apologetic and didn't understand why his number was called at that particular time. I advised her never to call his number again! I sent an email to the company warning them that if they ever called again they would be sued and criminal charges filed against them.
