SPCA soliciting money to help our troops bring back dogs & cats from Iraq

This company SPCAI sent me a T-Shirt and a request for a contribution to aid our troops in bringing animals they cared for in a War Zone. I feel they are using the war and the letters of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) to solicit contributions for their own benefit. I would like to see a report as to how much of the money raised goes to animal rescue in war zones.
