The stores policy is no returns on food items, although no where near the registers, or dislay tables of candy, jerky, spices, popcorn, ect does it state "no returns" i bought some "swedish fish" they called them "trout" for my kids, they must have been on the shelf for some time. They were stale only a few dollars, but hard to believe a company of this size does not stand behind all the products they sell
