Issue

Ack in nov i order a phone services with at & t my first bill was fine so i didn't think of nothing so i get my second bill when i look at it it was 200.00 more than it was surpose to be so i called them to find out why so they told my that i order the website services to and i know i didn't so they wrote a dispute form and said they were going to investagate that issue so now i just recieved a letter from them tell me i still got to pay for it and beck in december when i talk to them i told them to cancel it at that time i never had access to the website they said i did have and i never set it up... May i recieved a termination notice tell me my phone was being diconnected and don't know why because i been paying my bill ever month and they never took my payments off for what that termination notice saids but i do got all my bank statement saying that at&t was paid and i refuse to pay for a website that i never had access to in the first place...
