I bought a brand new doors and Surprise door produced by Pella. The display about the storm door doesn't function correctly. I flicked a bee off the display one day and also the display ripped. And so I requested and taken care of a brand new display to become mounted in my own fresh surprise door ($52.00). After my new display is changed in my own new doorway, I contact Pella and have them to pay me for that alternative display when I have discovered the "unique" display was mounted backwards in the manufacturer. Which is why it went up and own difficult and was cockeyed. Pella declined to pay me, beause I ripped the display. I told them I actually donot think the display might have cut by my moving a bee off it'd it experienced delayed properly. They did not care! Therefore customer support by pella hurts and evidently they require better-quality control in the manufacturer. I don't recomment Pella, they'll not remain behind their item.
