Ordered the wireless keyboard and mouse; it worked fine for nearly four weeks. It began acting funny and finally quit working all together. Talked to James, who promised twice to be shipping a new set to us immediately. We have waited eight days. AGAIN! And have no new set. We asked for a replacement or our money to be refunded. At this point, we prefer to have our money refunded.
