Awful Customer service

This company has awful customer service. I have been dealing with them for over a year. They are a property management company that doesn't know how to manage. I have had to call them numerous amount of times about paying the mortage on time and the HOA fees on my property and just recently I received a letter in the mail that I have a lein on my property because their tenents did not pay the water bill. Of course you can not speak directly to anyone and no one returns calls no matter how many messages you leave.
