Woodmen Mini Storage
Horrible customer service!

This storage facility has no parking available because the employees take up the only two spots available. Then my son asked the employee if he could sit in a chair while I filled out the paperwork. She said yes but then the manager comes in from outside and yells at my four year old son for sitting in the chair! If this wasn't enough my two year old daughter rang a bell on the door and he yelled at her and made her cry! She was not continually ringing the bell it only happened once. I am a military wife looking for storage while my husband is in Afghanistan so I am unable to leave my kids at home while I take care of business. I told this man not to yell at my children and he said they should wait outside. A two and four year old outside?!? Near a business street mind you. Needless to say I did not rent from this place and I suggest if you expect good customer service where you place your household goods you should not either.
