Living conditions

The reason behind this complaint is because our apartment in housing in red catch bklyn is falling apart. Last year on or around november or dec there must have been a trickle in among the apts in the building creating our condo wall to be filled with water and damaging the toilet and your bed-room walls. Now your walls have pockets and mold and appear totally horrible. I have openings also in the surfaces creating it to appear very bad and never at-all healthy. I was told that i've to live like this for around twelve months or better. My shops within the hall don't work both at-all, these were suppose to repair it but haven't in over 6 months. I am disabled and can't be living in these problems, i spend my rent promptly and require help. I also provide all our paint within my bedroom and in the places alongside the toilet simply ripping off but alot. Can you please help me with this case, i'll gladly relish it to hear from someone reguarding this situation. Thank you ahead of time.
