JOHNNY ALLEN PARKER Perpetrated to be a judge, did fraud, took money for "filing fees" and the jewerly we gave as a gift of appreciation

This person claimed to be a Judge for the State of California. He told us he would help us with the wrongful foreclosure which had occurred on our residential property. My mother met him at the hospital which she works at. He was admitted in due to a heart pains. She asked if he would be able to refer us to an attorney or any legal advice and thats where it all started. He had my mother print a few documents, pay him for filing fees and told us to turn in all the documents by the following Monday in the county clerks office. He also provided her with a few documents from the state. After trying to look him up and contacted all the numbers and address's he I given us we found out he was not legit... And he perpetrated to be a judge, did fraud, and stole the money and jewelry my mother gave him as a gift for him to give his wife. I cannot find him nor will I probably see that money and jewerly. But what I want is for him to be in prison for this crime so he does not do this to anyone else.
