Fox 5 Rewards Fake Rewards, Long waiting period for your rewards, Do not want to honor what they promise, misleading public, News Channel bribes public, Channel has to pay people to watch their show

Kvvu Fox 5, "Fox 5 Rewards" in Las Vegas NV tries to entice viewers to watch their broadcastings. They give you codes at the end of their shows that you can type into their website to earn points that you can redeem for prizes.
It's all easy and simple right? Well once you get enough points to redeem something. They put you through a 3 month waiting process before they look at your order. They sometimes forget your order or simply ignore you. When you contact them to find the status of your order they make you wait longer. When or if you finally get your order it's wrong. So then you have to wait longer for it to be corrected. They say they have a special department that takes care of these "Orders", but I have only talked to one lady that appears to do everything and she pretty much does what she wants to, Which is "Nothing!"
It's almost impossible to get ahold of her or anyone about your order. No one ever responds to the emails or telephone calls. I'm still waiting on an order (2 gift cards) I placed 13 weeks ago and I still can't get ahold of anybody. All my calls and emails appear to be ignored. My warning to everybody is not to waste their time with the Fox 5 reward programe. It's not worth the stress and time you spend on their incompetance. There News broadcasting is not the greatest and there promising to pay people to watch their news. It's all fake promises because you don't get anything at the very end.
I would not be suprised if they find a reason or excuse to not send me my order. Perhaps their whole goal is to ignore me and other viewers so they don't have to send out any orders.
