I was trying to buy a pet online and they told me that the pet will be deliver to my home for 600 including the puppy and i agree for them to deliver it, then after i have send them the 600 they ask me to pay another 1600 for crate and vaccine i told them that i will pay just 1000 so right now i have send them then 1000 when i wait for them to deliver the puppy they told me that the puppy is dead because of hungry now is who fault?
