First thing that happened was I receive an email about a job that I applied for. It stated that the company received my resume for a job I applied for with their company. I never did apply with their company. But I was interested because I have experience in the Human Resources area. So I sign up for this webinar. During the webinar It started out ok but then started to feel that this is one of those new ways of getting people to pay for a training program, kinda like on the infomercials that come on Saturday night, get rich in 30 days, money back guarantee. Well not that cheesy but you get the drift. Anyway, after 1 1/2 hours of being filled with promises and dreams we are all (300) of us are told that only 25 lucky guys will make the cut if they punch in their credit card numbers. Although everything in my being (my heart and soul) felt SCAM I was desperate. I have no money, no job and two boys to feed.
