Registered and paid for a training course through websites taxliens. Foreclosure.com for a Tax Lien Investing Webinar - Series I - paid $14.95 and received a receipt with a link to webinar. Clicked on link - webpage says "This Webinar is over - the following webinar is not available. Cha Ching!" Tried to phone customer service - transferred to voice mail.
