Improper procedures

Required my mother-in law set for her appointment along with the dr.informed her that she dropped 4 pounds that she would die in per month or two. He explained that atleast 4 occasions within five minutes. I nearly told him thats enough we heard you. The only real doctoring he's ever directed at my motherinlaw is bloodwork. And that is it. He explained that hospital could be sent next time. The top woman of hospital found my house and stated that hospital isn't required at the moment. After which i told her regarding the physicians conduct. She in those days looked over me and explained to file a grievance against doctor. Days as which was not a method to start it. Since that time my motherinlaw is ruined. She walked in on her walker and after the physician informing us that 4 occasions. I'd to wheel her out in a wheel-chair. She's different person now as she was before that doctor did that. Would you know what other methods i will get? Must i contact an attorney, since i'm not going to let this move. God forbid if he does this to other individuals. It is bad.
