Dr. Ellen Turner Over Charge me in the office, would not answer or help me at all after i left the office

I went to this office on Tuesday May 25, to get treated for skin rash's. The office over charge me for the office visit and lied to me about the charges that i was to pay. They also would not let you talk to the Doctor about my prescription's, the office staff's was rude and would holla at me over the phone. They would not assist me with my prescription's on how to used the creams. The staff's there are in charge, so be aware of the staff's they will talk you like a dog. So i have all the creams and dont no where to put them. You can't talk to the Doctor, staff's only. Bad Company Stay Away
