Called our store and said they were "confirming shipping information." All supplies are ordered through our own central supplies warehouse and are never shipped directly to the store from a private vendor. Have instructed IPS to pick-up shipment or we will keep as a gift. The person they originally spoke with (and allegedly taped) did not have the authority to order supplies and IPS shipped the paper without our authorization.
