Why now

I asked the railway "switchman" with an orange vest why they have to switch the same train every day with the same cars during rush hour and be very slow about it dividing 1/2 of my town in about 1/2. He responded sarcasticly "I think you need a harder job." Infering I as a college student (they block at least two intersections at the most inconvenient time of day right next to campus) didn't already have one. For about a Its not a rural jct. I am probably speaking for 1000's of people who dont know how because Canadian Pacific doesnt' even have a Complaint dept aparently they never so anything wrong. This is dangerous because they are purposely slow so as to stall for more pay and less work I imply. Also ambulances and firetrucks would have a difficult time crossing. Its obvious it could be done faster and a more apropriate time 9-3. Because most people goto and from work between 6-9am and come back at 3-5pm. When I assume they do errands as well and run around. Theres always a 20 car line at least that forms at about 5 or 6 intersections as they take their own sweet time as they treat my town like a trainyard. And not even respectfully in a proper pace or time to move their trains around. Boooo ps this is Canada contolling american lives land poorly even despotically. It seems highly provocative. I mean it ought to be. And im in a good mood today. But it was hot and muggy 85 degrees and I pity the people who had to wait on these dumb slow train operators. Correct me if this is not unjust or I am the only one.
