Woodlands Shell diagnosed my car window as a switch, I pd $238.94, my window did not work, Alec spit in my Face

12/03/08 I took my car to service mgr., Alec after calling him to tell him my driver's window would not go up and it was about to rain, he called with a total of $238.94, I did not try my window for 2 days, it would not go up, my car got wet, I took my car to him on the second day, he screamed in my face and his saliva went all over my face, he said "I'm telling you, you need a window motor, I said, Alec, you said I needed a window switch, he said "I tell you now you need a f*ing motor and don't start any shit with me, he scared me and I just left, later, a reputable shop, Auto Express 5429 Spring, Tx 281-655-4444 told me he had not replaced my window switch, Bob Lapole owner of Auto Express will vouch for this, I am an older lady and do not have the money to file in small claims court ($101.00) what can I do? My window does not go up or down, Alec will not tell me last name if I did have the $101.00 to file a small claim against him, he was very rude getting in my face to where his saliva was getting in my face, he is a very intimadating manager. I have talked to people that will never go back to him again, this kind of rudeness gives "Shell" a bad name.
