This incident all started when I saw an ad in the classified stating that you will make $500.00 a week, no experience, and paid training. I called and was giving an appointment 3/25/10 I was asked to come on and attend the meeting. All of us that was there were told that these positions were available such as office work, clerical, etc, after six hours of lecturing we were dismissed and told to come back, the following day we returned and he talked more on the subject that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity what he is presenting to us, and only a selective few will be able to grasp and actually comprehend this what he is about to offer us he still didn't say what he was giving up but that he have the keys to what is missing in our lives. The third day Saturday is when we got "our hands on training" you are assigned to go with someone the "crew leader" your goal is to "drop bottles" after you finish you can go home and return Monday. The following Saturday you will receive $250.00 check (keep in mind that the ad said $500.00 a week). After one week you are made to be a crew leader which consists of you leading a "car group" at this point in time (Michael) aka Mike b/k/a "promotor" will tell you that this is the easiest part of the training, and that he completed the entire program in 6 weeks and was in his office. He also would periodically state that this is a 12 week paid program which it is not. He conveniently forgets to mention that you will be using your vehicle to "go out of town" and that when he feels like it others will use your vehicle as well 'complete strangers'. Which mine was often brought back on empty, everyone suppose to give $5.00 towards gas but a lot of times they were strapping for cash. Typical "work week" for me Magnolia, El dorado, Center, Carthage, Marshall, Monroe, in one week I put 1400 miles on my car "Mike" says that you will be reimbursed for gas which you never will it's all on you.

He constantly states that if you are a good person then good will come to you meaning that he will set a quota for you to meet typical schedule: Monday drop 13 bottles (bonus $200.00) Tuesday drop 14 bottles (bonus $200.00) Wednesday drop 15 bottles (bonus $250.00) Thursday 16 bottles (bonus $200.00) Friday 20 bottles (bonus $300.00) Saturday 14 bottles (bonus $ 200.00) = $1,350.00 right wrong even though he says that you can make as much money that you want to you don't get the bonus for everyday even if you make the quota he takes the day that you did complete and give you that plus the extra bottles. When you first start he expects you to "drop" 50 bottles your first week if so then you will make $5.00 on each bottle after quota if not only $3.00 per bottle.

He talks and preach honesty, integrity, loyalty, yet his theme is to divide and conquer he will always say that no-one on the job is your friend and highly encourage it to be that way. He says his main objectivity is to build up not tear down, but if you don't make the quota he will openly embarrass you in front of the class and your co-workers calling you a "w.P.S." weak piece of shxt, how is that for building self-esteem if you accidentally make friends he will say that you must be "screwing them". If you do make your quota he will find ways to abscound the money from you "by any means necessary" perfect example; "Speed" a/k/a 'Fresh' been there for 8 months he came in a few minutes late 'Mike" demanded $20.00 from him saying that when you run things you "can do it anyway that you want who do you have to answer to" since "promotor" is such a humble man he said that he wanted to take his wife out to dinner this multi billionare told Speed that since he had been late beforeto give him another $20.00 how is that for a "preacher" which he claims to be at Life begins at family life wodom.org. Now speed was late once again keep in mind that he doesn't have a vehicle and all this "money and opportunity" you can have he 'Mike' told speed to give him $20.00 speed said, "that he didn't have it. Mike once again demanded $20.00 from him Speed told him that he would give him his money later on Mike said that if you don't give me my money right now I will deduct a bill 50 from you yes ($150.00) for a $20.00 the man didn't have. One more thing if you don't meet quota he will penalize or punish you if he feels like it and deduct the difference from you if you suppose to "drop 13 bottles" and you have a box with 20 in it and you only did 10 you will pay the difference for 10 and he will still keep the perfume. This is what happen to me I was told to go to Mansfield we left I put gas in the car on the way back we didn't have enough "field profit" stuck out there she decided to use $10.00 for gas when we made it back to Bossier I tried to explain the situation to him he said that we didn't earn the privilege to talk since we didn't finish our bottles. So after a little time had passed I approached him once more and told him what happen he became furious and indignant when I asked him to deduct $10.00 from my check because of the gas he yelled and said that I would not be paying him with the same money he uses to pay us, and he also took our checks (keep in mind that these are personal checks not company which he could have easily rewrote it)

Now the amount of time that you spend out "dropping these bottles" 'promotor' will tell you that you shouldn't be a slave to a wage meaning why should you go on somebody else job and listen to them telling you what time to come in and go home and take lunch that Christ paid the price for all of us. He will go on to say that a j.O.B. Means just over broke but we have spend any where from 12 to 26 hours on the road trying to "drop bottles' what other job demands that and you don't make "extra" because after all he will say successfull people don't quit until the 'job' is finished but yet when he finds out that you tried and didn't meet quota you will be seriously reprimanded and called a 'loser' if not told that you are not serious and you can just get the hell out of there.

Let me give you 2 examples of how compassionate this 'preacher' is who claims to be 'an angel' sent from above to bless you from God since he can't come here you can only receive your blessing from man. There was this lady with 2 sickly children who had to be off to attend to her children which one was in the hospital when she took 'promotor' the doctor excuse she was fired.

He will tell you that he has 2 two hundred thousand dollar homes one in Texas and the other in Bossier, and that he has several cars yet he only drives that one escalade. There is so much inconsistences in 'his story' he will tell you that he was two weeks from graduating when this young lady planted some 'drugs' in his car and that he served time in prison, while there he said that he was going to be a millionare. But yet he did graduate from the University of Arkansas Monticello in 1993 where re received a bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in management.

Now he is on such a controll trip that if you have your cell phone he will take it and it will ramain there until the following day because once you leave you don't return until the next day. He will say that you can't use your own phone because "it will distract you" take "your mind off from what you need to be doing" he sets out to alienate you between your friends and family saying that they will not understand what you are doing, because they have the wrong mindset. He talks very velvety saying that you are being trained and shaped to become entrepreneurs and that the world mentality is that you go to school and find a j.O.B. That you will never become rich from. His mindset is that the poor works with their hand and the wealthy with their minds.

He intertwines spirituality and work stating that we were created to be creators he claims that is in the bible, but because Adam had transgressed that is why we think the way that we do, act, and behave accordingly. He drills his well rehearsed and memorized speeches such as we are all in prison we're not bound by walls but our prison is our minds that have us captive. And that believieng is seeing not the other way around and everything starts out with a thought and that we are not being obedient to his will that he did not bring us here to be a 'slave to a wage' he wants to know if the finances in our lives line up with God.

This is what he will present to you and say these positions are available 1st. President 2sd. Vice-President 3rd. Office Manager 4th. Receptionist and that it will take 2 or 3 weeks to get into each position after you are there for 2 or 3 days he will tell you that if you came to work in the office that is why he has his wife working that area. He needs people who wants to do other things to learn all facets of the business. Now this is the training program 8-16 weeks 1. Marketing 2. Managment 3. Administrative Office paid training He will tell you to just watch him a/k/a 'big brother' to be just like him, imitate him, and to sell yourself, that it's not the perfume you are selling but you. Be aware of this man full of promises, lies, and deception, who thinks he's an angel and was sent from heaven. Satan was sent from heaven too.
