Stay Away from PODS!

I would never do business with this company again. The representatives continuously misinform you of fail to provide you key information. I was advised that the price of transportation would be $468 to move the container to my new location. After 10 months of paying them $220 in rent plus an insurance they will slap on without consulting you for an additional $40 per month, now they required another $900 for delivery of the container!!!

Two of their representatives (and this is recorded) told me that I only owed $15 only for the delivery. When I went to schedule drop off of the container, they slapped me with a $900 bill!

They don't even have the decency of a minor customer service. I filed a complaint (#495404). They told me that it would take 72 hours for a resolution.

Not only they never called me (I had to call them) but now, because of their delay, I owe them an additional $220 for rent for this month!!

As I review the complaint on the web, I see how many people have been duped by these guys. There are complaints all over the web about them!

I wish I would have checked. Now I know.

I will post as many complaints as possible on every forum I can find. These people should not be in business.

Period.
