Ripoff, you lose your money guaranteed

I received a call with a guarantee of 1500 dollars credit limit. The money was taken from my bank account and here I am 2 months later and no package or nothing.

I have called them and told them I wanted to get my money back and the man told me no, that I couldn't get it back. So I told him yes I could that I was going to the bank tomorrow and have all of the fees reversed and then he hung up the phone on me. So tomorrow morning I am on my way to the bank for my $239.00 back.
