Amy murry agreed to pay me back a loan and breached the epayment agreement she and her lawyer drew up

Ringo Deals / Amy Murry took an investment of $ 14,000.00 for a % Partnership in Ringo Deals
When she offered me a Partnership I said yes as long as she applied for JUMP Start... A Loan Program for monority owner small businesses.
She took my 14,000.00 and without my permission she used the money for her personal needs as well as buying further supplies that I did not authorize either.
I asked her to send me Financial statememnts after the first month
She did NOT
I asked her for an accounting of how many checks were written and to whom
She never gave me that either.
When Amy applied for a Line of Credit... She was rejected and she knew she had
bad credit... Thats why she spent my $14,000.00 on supplies so when I would request to get out of the Partnership, she would have enough supplies to continue the illegitimate business.
And its illegitimate because she never filed an income tax return Schedule C and that was told to me by the Bank when they declined her for the line of credit and she never supplied the bank with W-2's showing her income..
So the business is illegitimate and she faces the IRS for not filing tax returns for the Ring go Deals business and also not filing State of Ohio "Sales Tax on all she charges businesses for her illegitimate business.
She agree to pay me back in an agreemnt drawn up by her lawyer and she failed to pay me the first payment on a 24 month repayment plan for the $ 14,000.00
she Fraudulent took from me.
ITS a Flim Flam woman and a FLIM FLAM Business...
She and Ring go deals are no good and I have all the evidence including checks she wrote out of the Ringo Deals Checking for her family expenses and herself.
Its My fault but she SNOOKERED ME!!!

She's no GOOD! And Ring go deals is no GOOD!
