Charged us extra shipping chages to our credit card account after we sent them back the product fullty insured then never nitified us of the charge and sent the charge over to collections to ruin my

My husband applied for a credit card with jared jewely store on lin we ordered a ring set it was sent to us without a diamond i had to pay shipping and handling charges for the merchandise so i sent it back fully insured for the price which was 1600.00 which cost me 25.00 okay so after they recieved the product they never took the 100.00 off of our account i notified them they said they would so i went on and tried to order another set but they sent the wrong size they added another 124.00 to the 100.00 that they never took offf which left our account at 224.00 that we owed for merchandise that we sent back and they recieved it so we notified them of the error they told my husband that he has to pay for the shipping charges for the merchandise that we already paid to have them shipped to us and also we had to pay for the merchandise to be insured back to them so instead of them calling us i happened to go on line to look at our account to find out that they sent it to collections without notifing us of what was going on. This company is over charging people for services that they dont suppose to
