Good - floral delivery service

I read all complaints below. Looks like all of them are written by the same person. Nothing in common with my experience: I placed 3 orders. All of them get delivered. I contacted customer service via live chat at 1am EST to change the delivery address and got a live person. Could not say anything bad about company
