Refund of $159.80 plus $50. For bounced checks

I cancelled my order on 1/11/10 with Ken and ask not to receive any more products.in February 79.90 was taken out of my checking account and order was sent. Order was returned and On 3/1/10 I called again cancelling my order I spoke to Michell and ask for my refund of the 79.90 which has not been received. I called again on 3/8/10 to cinfirm cancellation. On 4/5/10 I spoke to Maria still no refund. I was told it's being processed. Still no refund. On 5/18/10 79.90 was taken out of my checking account again and another order shipped to me, which I immediately returned. I called Ken on 5/18/10 and Mattie on 5/18/10 to inform them money was still being taken out of my account. Ken stated oh I see you called several times but the cancellation was never processed. I informed Ken that a check of mine had bounced because of their nelligence and that it has caused me great anguish. I now can no longer pay my maintenance by check because of their incompetence and would apperciate compensation for having to pay for my bounced check and for having now to have purchace certified checks. Your help in this matter would be greatly apperciated.
