I went to eye candy auto body shop to get an estimate on some damage that was done to my car and decided to have the work done there until i realized that this Jamie had plans to buy old and used parts to repair my car, by this time the insurance check was mailed to the shop without my knownledge or permission and Jamie desposited it in his account, when i realized his plan i decided not to have my repairs done at his shop and he did not like that and threating to keep the labor part of my check without doing any work, i convinced him to send my check back to the insurance co. And he agreeded and claimed he mailed it back on 4-27 the check has not reach the insurance co. Yet, today date 5-17, he made it clear that he was angry for not as much for not getting the job as he was for not getting the labor part of the estimate. To make a long story short this Jamie planned to use as little money possible to repair my car and keep the rest which was over $1,000 not including the labor.
