Health Hazard

I actually have two complaints about the Park Manager, Lynn Starner of Meadow Streams Mobile Village at 3101 River Road, Sodus MI. First complaint: I notified Ms. Starner approximately 6 weeks ago about 3 couches behind lot #70 that are all torn up (I live in lot #69) and that must be the reason that I have had mice problems for the first time in 5 1/2 years. Now, I keep my home up, I also watch my three year old granddaughter and eleven year old grandson. I have found a dead mouse in my dryer, under my bathroom sink, dog food trails in my bedroom closet. My grandchildren when they are here sleep in my bedroom. This is definately a health hazard to them as mice carry many diseases. When I contacted Lynn she said she would get a dumpster. Two weeks later she did.in lot #70, the guy is on a tether and unable to move the couches and Lynn is aware of that. So, Lynn never sent maintance here to remove the couches. Dumpster was filled to the max and removed and the couches still remain. I am on Social Security Disability at a young age due to a brain injury from a car accident, I do not have a lot of money to hire someone to control the mice invaision in my home.

After the dumpster left I notified Lynn and her daughter AMY answered the phone. I asked her about the removal of the couches. Amy's reply was that they are aware iof it but have no way of moving them. I asked who is going to pay for the Decon I buy, Amy's reply, not meadow streams. Well, the couches remain. MY NEIGHBOR AND i FOUND A DEAD MOUSE IN THE empty lot on the other side of me last week. Must of ate Decon, looked for water and died. Do I have to put up with this? What about my health and my grandchildren's health?

Second Complaint... I moved into Meadow Streams 5 1/2 years ago. I pay an extra $10.00 a month for my dog who is part retriver and Pitt. Lynn was very aware of this on the day I moved in. Some of us in the park received a certified letter stating that all Ptts, Pitt mixed and Rotwilers must be removed in 30 days or we will be evicted. My dog is a good dog, no complaints, he is chained away from driveway and I am either outside with him or at the door waiting for him to finish his job. He is never left unattended. I do not have $5,000 to move my home and I can not put a healthy dog down. Pluis, Lynn has allowed alot of variations of tenantes to move in and our park is an eye sore. I have had kids vandalize my home last year and Lynn said there is nothing she can do about it. Also, if my dog is vicious (which he is not) but if you walk into my home alone and he does not know you, he will stop you. He is my protector and in this park, I need him. Anyway, in lot 42, they have a minature pincher that is chained by the road, unattended and left outside to snap at people who walk by and barks continuously. That dog is a very vicious dog!

What can I do about my complaints?
