"dirty-line" rep said to me

I was told by an AT&T rep there is static on the line. I would like the out side lines checked.

I maintain my own lines inside the house. Check to see why my phones have static also.
The rep said definitely there is something wrong. Thankfully I got back on line but not near the speed I did have until about a week ago. Nancy Allen
