Sergio Sanchez Incomplete job, failed to complete promised agreement

I hired the above company for some wood floor installation.in addition they agreed to do a custom stair wood installation. They completed the installation but on the stair they failed to do an adequate job, failing to put enough coats of polyurethane and leaving terribly looking gaps in the stairs.in addition, we had agreed they would take the garbage and carpet away which they didn't do.

I contacted them to tell them the job was inadequate and they agreed to come back and complete it. They failed to show up they day they were supposed to and have not answered my calls or emails.
