Worst service ever - cruise

I booked a cruise with sams club travel in nov. 2009 for a sailing in december because I had a coupon. The coupon had several restrictions including you had to call by pone to place an order. It took me over a week to be able to call and get a representative to book the cruise because they had technical difficulties. After finally being able to get through and book my cruise I was told the $100.00 coupon could not be applied to the price of the cruise that you had to board the cruise. Then you would get your refund or a rebate processed once you stepped foot on board and I should see the credit by the time the cruise was over. This was very untrue. The representative booking the cruise managed to get our address completely wrong. Our onboard coupons were sent to a address in OK instead of OH and we got them in the mail when we returned from the cruise. I called to update the address and sent an email updating it so there would be no spelling confusions and assured nothing would be sent by mail. Wrong again. Once I returned home and still no refund for the coupon I contacted Sam's club again and was then told it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on my account. Well 4 months later still no credit. I sent several emails asking for my refund, I was told they could find me in the system that they needed my Sam's itinerary number, one was never given and never appeared on any confirmations or invoices. I sent them emails with copies of my confirmation and information I was supplied. Still getting the run around and told that I need to call to get it help but then I was told without the itinerary number I couldn't be helped. This is the worst customer service ever, they are rude, give you misleading incorrect information. There emails are "precans" or preformated emails they send out to Avoid dealing with problems and questions. Do not use this service it will do nothing but cause you headaches
