I had been employed by Carr enjoyment Organization in Lynchburg Virginia. I began your day of starting May 7. The first night Lawrence Carr who owns the circus was discouraged and started shouting and promising at me. This first incident I strolled from thinking it had been likely to be an isolated event. The next day May 8 I arrived to function and Lawrence Carr had been shouting at and irritated with additional people of the team he'd operating. Then he considered me and screamed at me to obtain within the combined and hang-up all of the fallen stock. I considered tossed my can within the garbage which had a wooden block positioned upon it, I raised the stop up and he started yelling and promising at me. I then screamed back at back at him, informing him he doesn't have to disrespect me the way in which he's been and that I am not likely to permit him to carry on his misuse. He screamed more showing me easily didn't enjoy it I really could abandon and that I mentioned when I quit me and my children people who have been operating there have been departing and he required us significantly more than we needed him. Which calmed him down. The day of the May 9 there have been more problems with him resulting in me stopping and talking to a security inspector regarding security issues of Carr Enjoyment Firm's trips which he strolled around and talked with Mr. Lawrence Carr who subsequently passed him some money and also the inspector arrived to me and started shouting at me about me having to abandon the home as well as for me to prevent informing parents of young kids of the security issues. He explained I'd be imprisoned. I then proceeded to inform him I had been doing nothing illegal and would proceed to alert parents of the risks because he'd not provide me-any more information regarding what workplace he labored for and who I really could contact concerning the issues regarding that which was occurring there aside from the wise remark he offered me about calling 911 easily had a security problem using the circus. Somebody was hurt and needed to visit a healthcare facility on friday May 7 on the trip in the circus and Lawrence Carr offered her money and informed her to depart and keep calm. The woman was still unemployed on May 9. She operates at IHOP on Ft ave in Lynchburg, virginia and it has been not able to return to function due to her damage.
