Total scam, ruined my wedding day - WEb site used for renting an appartment

Wrong advertisement: the picture does not match the place, they write wrong address to attract customers. The actual address was two streets above. The address was a shop. (Spagna is a famous touristic place). One of the keys they gave me did not work. The shower sink was not working after one hour that they worked on there I had to run some where else to take a shower on my wedding day. My wedding dress got dirty as the air condition was leaking. My dad got sick and we had to give the place back early they did not return any money; even though, they claimed in the beginning that they would give money back if there is a cancellation. They get all the money (cash) in advance so that no one can get the money back. Unfriendly, mean people messed up my honey moon as well as my wedding.
