You dont want good help

I applied for your package handler position in carol stream. Took the dock tour filled out the application and was not hired for some unknown reason. I have not been convicted of a felony since 02 which is over the 7 year period most companies look at, i have nothing pertaining to theft, arson, any violent crimes etc. I just made some mistakes by selling drugs to survive. I have been self employed pretty much for 8 years remodeling homes. I've been married for 8 years and have totally changed my life around since 2002. But the world companies dont want people whom have changed to good honest hard working people the want people whom have been good all their lives and have never gotten into trouble. Well good luck, because those people probably all ready have good jobs, and dont want load trucks all day everyday, or believe they are too good to do that kind of work. Which is why tour company needs the help it does. Which is more important, getting the long term help in which you seek, or struggling with do we have enough help? If you give more people the opportunity you will see who wants to work and who doesnt. Thank you very much for your time,
