Well let me start by saying that most of what you hear is true. I know for a fact that this a hard business to be successful. But if you do work hard at it and like the long hours, this is for you. I was offered a job after my second interview. I went in for the first two training days. The guy that was training me was a great guy but maybe not the best trainer. Any ways, i had three full days with him and we made nothing the first two days and he made $200.00 on the third day. This job does have long hours and i think is kind of boring but it wasn't for me. Dont expect to get paid for about two weeks. This company is all about training managers, so that they can train people to train people to train people. So if you are good at teaching people to do something thats not hard but takes time, then you would be great for the job.
I liked working there but the only problem was the commision pay and the door to door thing. You aren't actually selling anything but you do have to get people to sign up for a free estimite for a local home improvment company (long fence and homes) it seams easy enough but is a lot harder. I didnt do anything with any kind sports like they told me. Also the whole cult thing and brainwashing is comleply false. They have this thing called atmosphere at night after work.in there they just commended each other for there good work and effort for the day. They get really loud to losen up. So basically expect long hours lots of people saying no and some days with out making any money. If you have any more questions send me a message.
