I purchased ugg boots in november - $100 charged to my credit card. Returned them 3 days after recieving to be exchanged for another size. Exchanged several emails with the company but they say they had not recieved them yet and to be patient. After a couple more emails i stated i wanted a refund. They answered back that they are a reliable company dealing with people all over the world and i should be patient and they will credit my card when they recieve the return. This last correspondence was in early April and nothing has been done.
