Contract Fraud

We contracted Byrant & Co to remove and replace a flat roof. The contracted work was not completed per contract and the work that was done was not done to standard roofing specifications! When called the owner was verbally abusive. Did not fix the problems and although there was a warranty he did not correct the mistakes. He covered up the fact that he had not done the work per the contract. He told the Attorney General he was correcting this with the BBB but has not replied to the BBB for my arbitration request!

The BBB has been very little help because after my complaint he joined the BBB and his rating went from an F to an A-. I am now aware that the BBB is business friendly not consumer friendly.
