Medical Neglect

My grandmother Mary Christian who lives at 108 Bois' Darce Savoy tx. Had became ill April, 19 2010. Her home healthcare nurse was also sick during this time but instead of dispatching another nurse no had checked on her this week. On Saterday April 24 I had called to let her know i was comming to take her shopping as we do every weekend and she had told me she had been sick all and so had her nurse but nobody had been by to check on her from the Home Healthcare company. So she called them to let them know what was going on and told me that they were sending an ambulance to take her in to Wilson N Jones. So we were going to meet her there but the ambulance never made it because the Home Healthcare never called 911 like they had told my grandmother they did. So she was still at the house throwing up blood and peeing blood also and had fell and hit her head we finally got the ambulance to her by the time they had got there she was as white as a sheetand then they took her to Wilson N Jones in Sherman Tx. When I called to file a complaint with Advantx Home Healthcare the lady in charge Qwen told me it wasn't her job to call 911. So I told her I wanted to file a complaint with the company and so she allowed me to do that and took all my information and then I filed a complait with you.
