Manager rudeness to employees and customers

I visited the KFC in Oakdale last night and when i got there they had a bus full of senior citizens. The manager Jessica was moving very slowly and yelling at her customers while i was standing there waiting in line to have my order taken. She told a tall skinny guy that was on the drive thru side of the store that he needed to "Pull his head out of his ass" and she said it so loudly where the customers were able to hear her. To me this is not appropriate conduct for the manager. One elderly couple order a meal with a thigh, biscuit, and a cole slaw and got a breast instead and since he was in a wheelchair his wife went up there and said something about the order being wrong. Jessica snatched the plate out of the little old lady's hand and slammed the plate into the garbage. Later on while i was still waiting for my food another customer had been waiting for her milkshake and Jessica kept walking past her not acknowleding her whatsoever so the lady saw a bell on the counter and rang it and Jessica went to her and very rudely asked what she needed because she already gave her her food and the customer said that she was still waiting on her milkshake. The impression from my 30 minute wait at this store was that the manager should not being managing if she can't treat her employees and customers nicely and respectfully. All the employees looked scared and as if they were going to start crying. I have never in my life seen someone as rude as she is and unqualified to run a store and someone else needs to come in there and take over because that store will wind up losing alot of business because she is unprofessional and rude.
