Fender damage at oil and lube

In for a routine oil change. $370 damage to passenger fender during filter change. Watched it happen. Full weight on truck fender-steel belt buckle, 2 dents, oil cap loose, air filter guage falling offoil prints not wiped off, 5 gallon oil can lid left on top of radiator to cut fan belts-and then belts can ruin many engine exterior parts-leave abandoned for help on freeway-truck trailer-contents could all get stolen—6 guys standing around. I was the only customer.—told many lies/run around—get estimate-did - told smartly $350 our limit at the store, -goes to cmi investigations. Az invest. Closed till apr. 27. Local says smart aleckly—have a nice day—live in country—1 1/2 ov my precious moving days spent so far.
