AAPCO Company takes advantage of unexpecting people, ie. Disabled, elderly, uneducated

This company took total advantage of my diabled brother, who is legally blind and suffers with severe epilepsy. (The medications that my brother requires slows his thought processes.)

Best Value Remodelers sold my brother a 20 year rated roof (not even a 30 year rated) for his house for $8445.00 at 12% plus interest. The result being that he willl pay about $13000.00 by the time the loan is payed off.

This company took advatage of my brothers situation which included his poor health and the fact that his roof was leaking and he felf desperate to have it fixed.

My brother is on a very low fixed income and will be stressed to pay these people, however it doesn't make any differece to them. They are heartless and deceitful.
